We offer flat fee shipping rates within the EU Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coltive Co. Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup for orders in Greece. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within two to five (2-5) business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within three (3) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not provide shipping options to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. For health and safety reasons, our Wagyu products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which Humans of Wagyu shipped the incorrect item. Additionally, given the nature of the products we offer (perishable), and in special because our products are not reusable, we do not provide refunds for orders.
